Thuppakki (2012)

Thuppakki, the thriller and action movie of Tamil features Kajal Agarwal and Vijay in the key role. This film was the first to combine the two great names of Vijay and AR Murugadoss where the later one wrote and directed the movie. The movie was released under the banner of V. Creations and was produced by Kalipuli S Thanu. Apart from Kajal and Vijay, Gautham Kurup, Gautham Kurup, Vidyut Jamwal, and Akshara Gowda are some of the few to play the supporting role in Thuppakki.

                         

The movie tells about the tale of a Tamil army officer based on Mumbai. He sets up his life with his wife Nisha. He is careful about his responsibility and successfully spoils the plan of serial bomb blasts with the proper help of his companions. This leads to the enmity of the army officer, Jagdish with Vidyut Jamwal. The second part of the film move around their meeting and fighting.

Award winning cinematographer Santosh Sivan managed the camera, whereas the editing of the film was conducted by A. Sreekar Prasad. Background score and soundtrack of the film was composed by renowned Harris Jayaraj and was really enchanting. You can hear a song in Vijay’s voice in this movie. If you are a fanatic of action movie, you would certainly enjoy the well-shot action scene of Thuppakki.
