The Thieves (2012)

‘The thieves’ is about a South Korean armed robbery crew, and movie released in the year 2012. The movie was written by Dong Hoon Choi and Gi cheol Lee and direction is done by the Dong Hoon Choi. The movie shows the actual life of a crew of South Korean thieves mixed with double dealing and betrayals. Yun Seok Kimm, Gianna Jun, Simon Yam, Jung Jae Li and Hye Su Kimm starred at this heist film.

                     

Popeye and his crew teams up with a crew from Hong Kong for their latest heist. They planned to steal diamond ornament from a heavily defended casino safe in a place called Macau. The action sequences are filmed overseas and blended with several double dealings and perfidies. The master brain behind this robbery was Popeye’s old partner, who tries to lock them up in the Macau Park. But Popeye lends a genius safe cracker, Pepsi and change the plans. How they steal the diamond necklace and whoever succeeds to see another day was remaining in the movie.

                     

The movie was shot in the various region of Asia and the overseas of South Korea. The Action Comedy movie was a box office break of 2012 and the presently the 2nd highest egregious film in South Korean movie industry.
