The film unfolds the life of a baseball Scout named Gus Lobel, which was led by the famous actor Clint Eastwood. His loyalty and truthfulness towards his scouting job and team is pictured in the tale. He had been working as a Scout for several years, as the team he runs for thinks it’s the time to retire the coach.

He asks them to give one more scouting Chore to establish himself. One of his friends approached his daughter Mickey and asked to keep an eye on him while his scouting camp. Mickey realizes about her dads condition and gave some extra care on his father’s work. The arguments happened in the camp about the past issues between the dad and daughter and the arrival of Johnny, a former player and scouted by Gus moves the remaining tale to a beautiful end.
The film was shot at Georgia tech, Atlanta, Jasper, Dawsonville and Athens the film was nominated for various awards and also was a box office shake.
