Ted (2012)

Ted is one of the funniest movies which were released in 2012. It depicts the relationship of a teddy bear with a 35 year old man. Brett Manley plays the role of John Benet who is an 8 year old boy born in Boston. He remains lonely most of the times as he does not have friends.

                     

His parents gift him a teddy bear on one of his birthdays and John makes the wish that Ted was alive. His wish is granted by a falling star, and the bear comes to life. Initially John’s parents are scared but gradually they start accepting the walking and talking creature. Ted becomes the apple of discord between John and his girlfriend Lori. Eventually Lori and John break up and Ted is held responsible. After a bitter fight, Ted and John make up. 

                      

Patrick Stewart is the narrator who reveals the story. Mark Wahelberg plays the role of adult John. Mila Kunis plays the role of Lori, John’s girlfriend. Hans Zimmer is the producer of the movie and it has been directed by Seth MacFarlane. Seth Macfarlane is also the writer and voice star of Ted.
