Good Vibrations (2012)

The Good Vibrations record shop is located in Greta Victoria Street. Richard Dormer plays the role of Terri Hooley who owns the shop. Dormer plays the role of a rebel and a music lover who opens the shop in a troubled region in Europe. He names the shop Good Vibration. In this Irish movie, he plays the role of a leader who motivates the children to bring back life into his city. The conflict which caused a lot of blood shed is known as troubles which eventually shut the city down. Terrri takes a step forward to rouse the young musicians and bring about a change in the music scene.


The music score of the movie needs a mention. Terri’s love for music urges him to open the shop and move forward. Colin Carberry and Glenn Patterson have written an outstanding script. This passionate tale is wonderful to watch as along with the joyous appeal the story has a serious storyline. The charisma of Dormer wins the viewers over.
